When not at the studio, Nichole is home with her husband, 2 daughters, rescue chihuahuas, and probably laughing and playing the ukulele.
Having been a student of yoga for over a decade, Liz followed her passion for the practice and became a yoga teacher in 2013 (RYT 200). She attended the Nature Yoga training at Reach Yoga. Liz’s teaching style is Hatha and Vinyasa inspired, taking care to bring the mind to our body’s movements through each pose. By blending music and intention Liz aims to offer students the opportunity to forget the stresses of the day and achieve some inner peace.
Liz’s other interests include mindfulness, meditation and spirituality. After escaping to the city post high school, she has found herself back in the northwest suburbs where she grew up and is raising two pretty adorable kids with her husband Scott.

Core Rehab Specialist and Pilates Instructor
Cheryl began her career in the fitness industry by becoming a certified Pilates instructor after experiencing first hand what core strength could do to help people with chronic pain not resolved with traditional medicine.
That was just the beginning of her journey into women’s health where she found her passion. She believes education is the first and very critical step missing in medical treatment today for women today to maintain a healthy life, especially when dealing specifically with women’s only issues.

Kate Taylor, MA, MT-BC
Birth Doula and Music Therapist
In her spare time from raising two amazing children, Kate supports families as a board certified music therapist and birth doula. Kate draws upon her knowledge of the birth process and her nearly 20 years of experience co-treating with creative arts therapists to deliver innovative, creative childbirth curriculum for expectant parents. Her clinical work includes the use of music therapy in pre-natal and post-partum care as well as music therapy during labor and delivery. Kate has been seen presenting her research on music and birth at regional and national music therapy conferences and as well as at international conferences on parenting for organizations like La Leche League International and Holistic Moms Network. Although each birth she attends helps fulfill her passions, the highlight of Kate’s career thus far was speaking at the same conference as great birth and parenting experts like Dr. William & Martha Sears, Ina Mae Gaskin and Dr. James McKenna just three months after the birth of her first child and the launch of her birth centered business in 2007. Kate has completed advanced clinical training in waterbirthing, NICU support, guided imagery, neurologic music therapy and hospice care.
