Cheryl Mostowski

Core Rehab Specialist and Pilates Instructor

Cheryl began her career in the fitness industry by becoming a certified Pilates instructor after experiencing first hand what core strength could do to help people with chronic pain not resolved with traditional medicine.

That was just the beginning of her journey into women’s health where she found her passion.  She believes education is the first and very critical step missing in medical treatment today for women today to maintain a healthy life, especially when dealing specifically with women’s only issues.

Jennie Reiff

HCHI, Hypno-Doula, CPS

Many years ago, when Jennie was pregnant with her first child, she had no particular desire to have a natural birth. Her main goal was to experience as little pain as possible, and she thought my only option was an epidural. By chance, she stumbled upon the idea of using hypnosis for childbirth, and she figured if there were a possibility she could experience a pain-free birth without getting a needle in her back, it was worth a shot.
Jennie and her husband took a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis class, had a good time, learned a lot, and practiced diligently. When  birthing time arrived, they used our hypnosis techniques and experienced an amazing, pleasurable, fast, easy, and pain-free birth.
Her son’s birth was extremely empowering for her and kindled her passion for natural birth and safer alternatives for women and babies. After going on to have two more Hypnobabies births (also fast, easy, painless, and joyful), she decided to become a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor and doula so she can help other women achieve the births of their dreams.
Jennie’s other passion is keeping children safe once they’ve made their way into the world. Car crashes are one of the greatest dangers we face, but we can all improve our children’s safety by properly using appropriate child restraints. In an effort to keep her children as safe as possible, she became a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician in 2007. Since then, she has helped hundreds of parents keep their children safe in the car. She is active with McHenry County SafeKids, and a am a writer for
